Find harmony through mindful yoga practice

Philosophy
The Sanskrit word yoga means “union” and “integration”, the “tightening” of the body to the soul. Yoga has been proven to have health-promoting effects and alleviates symptoms such as sleep disorders, headaches and depression through targeted exercises. Stress-related illnesses are avoided through regular yoga, as many treatments are based on meditation and breathing exercises.
My journey to yoga
Tired of feeling tired as I approached 60, I decided to try something new - yoga. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but those first gentle classes quickly brought me a sense of calm, energy, and balance that I hadn’t felt in years. The simple act of moving mindfully and connecting with my breath transformed not just my body, but my outlook on life.
This inspired me to deepen my practice, eventually leading me to complete my yoga teacher certification. What started as a personal journey has grown into a passion for sharing yoga with others, helping them discover that yoga isn’t about perfect poses - it’s about presence, wellbeing, and finding your own rhythm in life.
